West would love to hear from you!   Last week was a great week! The Summit of Hope was outstanding! With over 50 vendors and over 350 reentering citizens the event represented it's name - a summit of hope for those in our community.  We offered resources from various agencies in our city and state; we also offered haircuts and head shots.  Our reentering citizens walked in with mugshots - and left with a head shot!  Mayor McNamara and I even capitalized on getting our hair trimmed as well! Maurice     Rep. West's Summit of Hope             The Summit of Hope is an event focused on public safety through reduced recidivism. Rep. West's Summit of Hope brought in more than 50 community organizations and supplied the over 350 reentering citizens in attendance with the tools needed to become crime-free responsible members of society.     Rep. West Receives TFIC's Friends of Infrastructure Award     On August 28th, Representative West was recognized by the Transportation of Illinois Coalition for his work to improve Illinois' crumbling Infrastructure.     Rep.
